How a campaign runs

From a connected mailbox to a reply in your inbox, in four steps.

  1. Step 1

    Connect your mailboxes

Pick your provider and enter your address and password. The server settings are filled in for you.

  2. Step 2

    Import your contacts

Upload a CSV and match its columns. Duplicates and addresses that opted out are skipped.

  3. Step 3

    Write once

Personalize with merge tags and set follow-ups. Each one is skipped as soon as the contact replies.

  4. Step 4

    Send within safe limits

Each mailbox sends up to its daily cap, at most 100. Replies land in your inbox and the contact moves to the next stage.

Your mailboxes stay yours

You are connecting real mailboxes, so here is exactly how Mailpitcher handles them.

Encrypted credentials
Mailbox passwords and app passwords are encrypted with AES-256-GCM before they are stored, and only decrypted to connect to your provider.
Revoke access any time
A Gmail app password belongs to one app. Revoke it from your Google account whenever you like, without changing your main password.
Your provider keeps your mail
Mail stays on your provider's servers. Mailpitcher keeps only what it needs to show your inbox and spot replies.
No sending past your limits
Each mailbox stops at its daily cap, and a mailbox whose bounces pass 5% is paused automatically.

Why not webmail, or an outreach tool?

Webmail has no campaigns. Outreach tools are not where you read the rest of your email. Mailpitcher does both.

A proper inbox and proper outreach, without paying twice.

I built Mailpitcher because I did not want to pay for an inbox and an outreach tool separately, and still wanted both to be good.

Questions

Is Mailpitcher a full email client or only for outreach?

Both. You read, reply and write everyday email from all your mailboxes in one inbox, and run outreach campaigns from the same place.

What does Mailpitcher cost?

$11.99 a month per account, billed in USD. It is one plan, so there is nothing to upgrade to.

How many mailboxes can I connect?

As many as you like. The price is per account, not per mailbox, and each mailbox has its own daily cap of up to 100 sends.

Is it safe to give Mailpitcher my mailbox password?

Passwords and app passwords are encrypted with AES-256-GCM before they are stored, and only decrypted to connect to your provider. With Gmail you use an app password, which you can revoke from your Google account at any time without changing your main password. How Gmail app passwords work.

Which mailboxes can I connect?

Gmail, Porkbun, Namecheap, Hostinger, Zoho and GoDaddy, and any other host that offers IMAP and SMTP. Outlook.com and Microsoft 365 is planned but not available yet. See every provider.

Why is there a daily sending cap?

Mailbox providers block accounts that send too much too fast. Each mailbox sends at most 100 emails a day, and you can set it lower. A new mailbox starts at 10 a day and rises over about 14 days. Add more mailboxes to a campaign to send more in total.

Do I need to change my email provider?

No. Mailpitcher connects to the mailboxes you already have, and your provider still stores your mail.
